Doky is a cloud-technology project I joined as a founding designer with a small team of entrepreneurs and engineers. We've been working on creating the future of cloud computing - a technology that will allow us to forget what is a personal computer is by turning any computer into personal one. Unlike Dropbox that can only store files, Doky allws to install applications on the cloud. As heavy as Photoshop or as light as Paint, accessible anywhere.
As the lead designer, I
- Designed a scalable structure of the mobile and web apps
- Defined the design guidelines, looks-and-feel, colors, shapes
- Worked closely with engineers on finding solutions to technical and UX problems
- Conceptualized and designed features that improve the user experience
- Prioritized features based on user feedback and quantitative research
- Made decisions on strategy and product direction
- Designed the iconography and visual graphics
